EDUCATION & EQUITY ARE LIFELONG GIFTS
Congolese orphan Neema Mbanguhe was never able to attend school. Without access to a basic education, she would likely marry out of necessity. She would be forced to toil on a coffee farm, viewed only as property. She would never be able to share equitably in the rewards of her efforts or allowed to voice an opinion in household matters. Neema would never be free to pursue a better life.
But recently Neema joined our new, year-long education program. Over the coming months, she'll learn basic literacy and numeracy. She'll create a small business and work together with other coffee farming women. She will improve her life, and those of her family and her community. But this incredible, life-changing program can only continue so long as there are those willing to give.
So today, we're asking you to give the gifts of education and equity to those like Neema who are struggling in coffee farming regions.
Several of our amazing coffee roaster partners have stepped up to thank you when you give the lifelong gifts of education and equity.
When you give today, you will receive a discount off your next online coffee purchase from one of these fine roasters below.
Our growing, global community thanks you for your gift!
